Cancellation Policy

~ Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation are free of charge.

~ Reservations are refundable (less $100 cancellation fee) for Low and High Seasons, provided cancellation is received 60+ days prior to arrival.

~ For cancellations received within the 60 day period, the deposit is non-refundable.

~ Festive season deposits are non-refundable. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
