Low Season : May 1 – October 31 {$325/nt}

High Season : November 1 – December 19; January 4 – April 30 {$450/nt}

Festive Season: December 20 – January 3 {$600/nt}

A 13% government tax (GST) and $125 cleaning fee will be added. Minimum 5 nights reservation for Low and High Seasons. 7 nights reservation for Festive Season. 50% deposit is required to secure reservation; balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
