Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Sunny Bluu Villas, we understand that travel plans can change. Because our villas are unique vacation properties with limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings made through our website.

~ Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation are free of charge.

~ Reservations are refundable (less 5% processing fee) for Low and High Seasons, provided cancellation is received 60+ days prior to arrival. Allow 10 business days for processing of refund.

~ For cancellations received within the 60 day period, the deposit is non-refundable.

~ Festive season deposits are non-refundable. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

**Hurricane/Severe Weather**

Weather conditions may occasionally impact travel.

If:

• The airport or seaport serving Anguilla is officially closed for 24 hours or more due to a named storm; or
• Government authorities prohibit travel to Anguilla due to a named storm,

Guests may elect one of the following options:

1. A reservation credit equal to the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the original arrival date; or
2. A refund of amounts paid less non-refundable payment processing fees.

Rain, cloudy weather, tropical disturbances, airline schedule changes, or personal decisions not to travel do not qualify for refunds under this policy.
